Phoenix Attorney for 20 years
David J. Wolf

Phoenix Attorney David J. Wolf limits his practice to serious personal injuries, serious criminal charges, and large asset forfeiture seizures. Mr. Wolf has twenty (20) years of experience and genuinely cares about each client. In addition to experience, he consistently demonstrates the ability and desire needed to obtain the best result possible for each client.

Mr. Wolf’s trial experience began in 1989 as a deputy county attorney, and continued thereafter in private practice beginning in 1992, representing clients in both Federal and State Court. The main office is located in Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona. Additionally, Mr. Wolf has represented clients in other counties throughout the State of Arizona. He has also represented clients in numerous city courts, including but not limited to, Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Glendale, Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Peoria, Goodyear, and Avondale.

During the past four years, Mr. Wolf has been retained to represent clients facing the forfeiture of significant assets. These cases have provided Mr. Wolf the opportunity to study Arizona’s forfeiture statutes from beginning to end. Countless hours have been expended reviewing literally hundreds of forfeiture cases covering a wide range of important issues. In order to optimize your chance of success, it is vital that you retain an attorney who has experience handling both criminal and civil matters. Additionally, it is also very advantageous if the attorney you retain has specifically handled other serious forfeiture matters and has expended the time required to become familiar with Arizona’s complex forfeiture statutes and case law.

In the event your assets have been seized, or you have been given notice of a forfeiture of your assets, IMMEDIATELY seek legal advice because there is a very short span of time within which to preserve your rights.

Mr. Wolf regularly encourages potential clients to seek as many opinions as possible prior to making a final decision. If you require additional assistance, dial (602) “THE-WOLF” today to schedule a free office consultation directly with Attorney David J. Wolf.
